Pan Feilong is a marine engineer surveyor at Solis Marine Consultants (Qingdao Office).

He has extensive experience in pre-loading surveys, on and off hire surveys, draft surveys, cargo damage surveys, engine machine damage surveys, vessel repair surveys and dockyard repair monitoring surveys.

He also has experience in conducting investigations into shipping incidents on behalf of owners, managers, charterers, insurers and law firms which have included engine machine damage, collisions, fishery farm damage and P&I and H&M surveys.
